The Shores at Naples FL single family homes for sale



Well it is good to see we are off to a better start in 2009 at the moment we only have 6 homes for sale at the moment as against over 20 at this time last year, we have 1 home under contract already this month which is good.
All our values unfortunately are much lower this year, but with only 6 homes for sale I think we will see prices start to increase as the demand for homes increase.
Last month we saw a huge increase in home sales over November here in Naples over 100 property increase to 420, it is good to see the banks are losing no time in selling the homes they foreclosed on, although this is having a major effect on our home values because it lowers our appraisal value when clients are trying to get a mortgage to buy.

2008 Year End Sales Report

Like the rest of Naples the single family homes here in the Shores have all lost a lot of their value, we actually had 8 homes sold on the MLS and 2 private sales 2 of these were Foreclosures, our inventory of homes for sale at the moment is 8 with a price range of $230,000 to $374,900 this is way down from last December when we had 23 for sale so maybe we have finally reached the bottom and hope 2009 will see an upward movement in value for a change.
