Well not a promising start to 2008 with no Sales at all in January 2008 Looking over last year with prices falling back to 2004 prices, homes are sitting on the market for a long time with very few buyers' out there. It is a really tough time in the business right now with new construction prices being cut it is affecting the resale market. Looking back over last years sales in the Shores we had 12 homes sold an average of 1 per month. The Preserve did not fair as well with only 9 Condos being sold.
