Well at last the sales in our community is catching up with the rest of the Naples area, with 2 closings in August, 1 in September, and 1 in October, and 3 Active with contract, so for the year we have 5 homes sold ranging in price of $203,000 to a high of $305,000 and the Season is just upon us, 50% of the homes closed in the Naples M.L.S have been cash sales .

We currently have 14 active listings of which only 3 are short sales prices range from $171,000 to $499,000, showing activity is very brisk at the moment with the early snowbirds looking for all well priced homes.

2009 has been a better year in The Preserve with a total of 10 Condo's sold for between $120,000 to $133,000, we currently have 10 Active priced from $120,000 to $219,000, we also have 1 active with contract and 3 pending.
